I had a comfortable stay in a spacious room with AC. The hotel staff checked me in quickly and the food was tasty. The OYO representative managed to serve an omelette for breakfast when the outsourced breakfast was delayed. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near transportation options.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the amenities offered by the hotel, such as the clean linens and towels. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the surrounding area. Moreover, I found it convenient and enjoyable to have a shuttle service available to take me to the nearby attractions.

The hotel had its share of negative aspects as well. Firstly, the cleanliness could have been better, especially in the common areas. Secondly, the noise level was distracting, especially at night when other hotel guests were noisy and inconsiderate. Finally, the hotel staff could have been more accommodating and helpful, especially when I had questions or concerns that needed attention.

The location of the hotel is ideal and offers easy access to nearby conveniences such as restaurants and stores. the spacious rooms are designed to provide comfort, with clean and hygienic bathrooms. the courteous staff delivers exceptional service and the breakfast is delicious with a range of dishes to choose from.

The cleanliness of the room, especially the bedsheets, can be improved to enhance the overall experience of the guests.

The room was air-conditioned, and there was hot water for the shower. the hotel was located near some restaurants and shops, which made it easy to grab a quick bite to eat or buy something you've forgotten. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which was a plus.

The hotel was an absolute mess. the carpet was dirty, and the paint on the walls was chipping off.
